The Castle is proud of its tourism partnership with the Frederic Remington Museum in Ogdensburg and the Antique Boat Museum in Clayton. Frederick Bourne original owner of Singer Castle and Frederic Remington were contemporaries in the early 1900's. An untitled study of Dark Island painted just prior to his death, is current on display at the museum in Ogdensburg. Singer Castle is proud to be carrying prints of that wonderful painting. http://www.fredericremington.org
The Bourne family members were avid hunters and competitive sportsmen. The Antique Boat Museum currently houses one of the original boats owned and raced by the Bourne children on display. http://www.abm.org
